Gratitude Essential Oil Blend is a soothing blend of therapeutic-grade essential oils designed to elevate the spirit, calm emotions, and bring relief to the body while helping to foster a grateful attitude.
Gratitude™ Essential Oil Blend is also one of the oils in our Feelings Collection.
Wellness: This blend is also nourishing and supportive to the skin. The New Testament tells us that on one occasion Christ healed 10 lepers (Luke 17:12-19), but only one returned to express his thanks. This blend embodies the spirit of that one and only grateful leper.
Fragrance: Gratitude essential oil helps to release the emotions of sorrow, anger, obsession and resentment. This helps foster positive emotions of gratefulness, thankfulness and contentment.
It will also help those who feel it is not safe to be themselves, be in their body or in this world. Essential Oil Blends such as Grounding or Hope is recommended along with Gratitude essential oil. Any of the tree oils also helps with grounding the body.

EXCERPT ON GRATITUDE™ ESSENTIAL OIL BLEND FROM TRAINING CD #67, OIL BLENDS FOR EMOTIONAL HEALTH WITH GARY YOUNG:
Let's Have Gratitude
Gratitude™ is another combination using Idaho Balsam and Frankincense because I felt so strong about the gratitude that I have.
My gratitude is for Him whom I regard as the greatest person who has ever walked the face of this earth, and I felt that these are two oils need to be in this blend to express that feeling and that emotion. Of course, Myrrh is the third one of the trio that was used by Christ himself. I have added the Rosewood and the Galbanum to gather those feelings and focus it in Gratitude™.
One of the really painful things I see throughout the world today is the lack of gratitude. Even when we are down and out and things are not working the way we think they should be working, we should still express gratitude.
Pray with Gratitude
I had an interesting experience a year or so ago in a little function where I was asked to teach a class, so I wanted to set the class up to present what I was talking about, which was gratitude. It was with my church group and I asked that someone give a little prayer and I requested that the person giving the prayer not ask for one single thing – and the person couldn't do it.
He went through the prayer and before he got half way through he was asking for this and asking for that. After it was over with, I brought it up and his face went red and he came to me later and said, "But Gary, I don't know how to pray without asking." It was really evident. Folks, God knows what your needs are; you don't have to ask. All you have to do is express appreciation for that which you already have. When you ask, it's like telling God He doesn't know what your needs are, so in other words, you don't believe He has the ability to know.
Oils for Balancing
Myrrh, Galbanum, Ylang Ylang - balancing again and supporting the heart to be able to express this feeling of gratefulness for what you have. Even if your health is not good (and this is where people go sideways), but "look at me, I've got arthritis, I've got cancer – how can I be grateful?" Believe me, if you look hard enough outside you can see someone who's worse off than you. You always have something to be grateful for, even if it is the last breath of air that you are going to draw in this life. You can be grateful that it is your last breath and you are going to soon be on the other side. The position you take on the other side, you may not be so grateful for, I don't know.
