R.C.

R.C. Essential Oil Blend contains powerful therapeutic-grade essential oils that are invigorating when applied, especially to the chest and throat area. R.C.™ is a wonderful blend to diffuse during winter.

It is a fantastic blend of ten essential oils that are specifically designed to support respiratory challenges including allergies, colds, bronchitis, congestion and sinus inflammation. It also can assist with snoring, sleep apnea and bone spurs!

RC is very beneficial when diffusing for allergies and congestion. Diffuse at night when combating colds, sore throats, lung infection or sleep apnea.

Also, see Raven Essential Oil. Together they make some of the toughest oils for combating any respiratory condition; and they are great companion oils. Many people alternate these oils or use them together for flu, colds or pneumonia. Other companion oils include Melrose and Thieves Essential Oils.

EXCERPT ON R.C.™ ESSENTIAL OIL BLEND FROM TRAINING CD #69, OIL BLENDS FOR EMOTIONAL HEALTH WITH GARY YOUNG:

R.C.™ is a companion to Raven™. Raven™ is more specific for virus; R.C. is more specific for bacteria and mucous and fungus. Eucalyptus globulus is antifungal, Eucalyptus radiata for virus, Eucalyptus australiana for fungus and bacteria, Eucalyptus citriodora for bacteria and fungus, Myrtle for fungus, Marjoram for smooth muscle tissue repair. Pine increases the oxygen exchange in the lower lobes of the lungs, Cypress increases the circulation of the blood into the lungs. Why Lavender? To balance parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous systems. If you don't have it there and you get a stimulation from a bacteria, then your body will start producing more mucous and you will get more mucous buildup in the lungs, and as a result of it you will be coughing more. That will put back pressure onto the heart, your blood pressure goes up, and you have more complications. So Lavender keeps parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous systems balanced so that you are not over-producing mucous when the body is challenged with a candida or a bacteria or a cold or something of that nature.

Of course, we have Spruce for oxygen exchange, similar to the Pine oil. Those two work in harmony to increase the oxygen uptake, and those of you who work with nurses in hospitals have noticed that when using R.C.™ and checking oxygen content in the blood, that just inhaling R.C.™ you can raise the oxygen content of the blood. It is remarkable!
