At IPYC, we understand that unanticipated events occur in everyone's life. Thus one might consider canceling a massage appointment. In our commitment to provide a unique and outstanding massage experience to all of our clients and out of consideration for our therapists' time, we have adopted the following policies: CANCELLATION POLICY 24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment, except in cases of illness, emergency or inclement weather. Cancellations without 24 hour notice will result in a charge for your session, as that time has been set aside specifically for you. If you are booking your massage within 24 hours of the actual appointment, there is no cancellation and you will be charged the full amount of the appointment. LATE ARRIVAL POLICY Please arrive on time for your appointment. Time for your appointment has been arranged for you. If you arrive late your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Full payment for your session will be expected. SEXUAL MISCONDUCT Sexual misconduct is forbidden. Client understands that any illicit or sexually aggressive remarks, advances or gestures will result in the immediate termination of the session and client will be liable for full payment of the scheduled appointment. A session will not be conducted if the client is intoxicated, using drugs or threatening the safety of the therapist and the safety of others in the building or themselves. REFUND POLICY We do not offer refunds on payments or deposits made to for our massage services or any of the other treatments. These policies were adopted to ensure that the therapists time, the massage studio and its efforts be respected, as well as your scheduled service be a stress-free and relaxing experience.
