Circle of Inner Peace Meditation

The Circle for Inner Peace is an invitation to explore who you are through a facilitated meditation and sharing of intentions. It offers the opportunity to connect to one's Truth through quieting the mind and sacred dialogue. This program helps you become more aware of how your thoughts, actions and feelings create your reality and shows you how to redirect them to foster a more positive life experience. It gives you the courage to live your Truth and make conscious choices based on your Highest Self.

 

Gong and Meditation

We begin with some light Kundalini Yoga and Pranayama (Breath work) to create a space to receive the Gong which is played about 30 min. The sound of the Gong creates deep relaxation, releasing us from our thoughts. The sound vibrates the energy meridians in the body, and brings them into balance, reduce tension and releasing blocks.

Let go and let the gong do the work while you relax and effortlessly receive stress-relieving benefits.
